AQoL2017Kuching: Fees and Payment Instructions
It is compulsory to submit your Extended Abstracts (300-400) words, together with the Proof of Payment for the non-refundable Abstract Fees (RM100 / USD25) by the deadline, 19 July 2017.
Late charges of additional 100% of the Abstract Fees (RM200 / USD50) applies for submission between 20-26 July 2017. The online abstract submission shall be automatically deactivated on 26 July 2017 @ 17:00 Malaysian Time. No abstracts shall be accepted after that date. Please consider other forthcoming conferences if you missed the deadline.

Note: Abstract Book and Proceeding (Draft) shall be made available online via http://www.e-iph.co.uk/
Registration Fees Exclude:-
1) Airport Transfers; Hotel Accommodations; Transfers from hotels to conference venue; Conference Extended Tours.
2) Publication in AQoL2017Kuching Proceeding in E-BPJ, at a subsidised rate of RM450 (USD100) per paper.
Payment counter is not provided at the conference. All payments should have been made latest by the deadline of the Late Charges period, 06 Sep 2017 (strictly)
Payments can be made by Depositing cash, or Telegraphic Transfer into the account, details as below. Bank Draft, Personal cheque and Paypal are not acceptable.The slip (receipt) as “Proof of Payment’ should be submitted together with the Full Paper.

Terms of Registration and Payment
General terms and conditions:-
a) The registration of participation is binding.
b) All payments made are non-refundable. This includes cancellation of participation.
c) 70% of the payment made shall be refunded for papers rejected.
d) Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
e) The conference program may be subject to changes.
f) Payments will be refunded in full if the conference has to be cancelled by the organiser.
In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client.
However, registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed to a later date.
g) Bank draft, Personal cheque, Paypal are not acceptable.
